Shipping Fees

✅ Shipping is 100% free for all orders shipped to France, Belgium, and Switzerland.

Shipping fees may apply for other destinations and are automatically calculated at checkout.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

In case of an exceptionally high volume of orders, a slight delay may occur. If a significant delay is expected, our team will contact you directly by email to keep you informed.


Estimated Delivery Times

  • France / Belgium / Switzerland: 7 to 12 business days

  • European Union: 7 to 14 business days

  • International (Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia): 10 to 20 business days

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can track the status of your delivery at any time via our dedicated tracking page or directly on the website of our partner carriers (Colis Privé, Colissimo, DHL, etc.).


Damaged or Lost Parcels

WeDunk is not responsible for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, unless the customer has selected the “Parcel Insurance” option when placing the order.

If you chose this insurance, we will fully cover the replacement or refund of the parcel in case of loss or damage confirmed by the carrier.

In any case, if you notice an issue, please contact our customer service immediately at contact@wedunk-shop.com so that a claim can be opened.

We also recommend that you keep the packaging and items received before making any request for an exchange or refund.


Customs Duties and Taxes

For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

No additional tax applies to orders delivered to France, Belgium, and Switzerland.


Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be eligible for shipping to certain countries due to logistical or regulatory restrictions. If this is the case, you will be informed at checkout.
